Corona virus deaths continue to increase. The virus has claimed the lives of many stars in the entertainment industry. Poplar Indian flutist Ravinder Singh also died of corona virus in Mohali yesterday. He was 76 year old when he died.
Ravinder Singh was suffering from Corona and was admitted to the hospital on Friday for treatment of Covid-19. He had outstanding work for prominent artists like Ghazal Samrat Jagjit Singh, Reshma of Pakistan, Rani Sitaram Devi of Kathak.
He was also honored by Punjabi University Patiala at its annual ‘Bhai Mardana Classical Music Conference’. Ravinder Singh learned classical music from Jagdish family’s. Also Read – A New Underrated Album Announced
He also obtained the degree of ‘Sangeet Praveen’ from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad. He also holds a Senior Diploma in Classical Instrument Music (Flute).
